Shipping & Delivery Policy - Sukoon Tea (Digamber Industries Pvt Ltd)

1. Order Processing

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 5:00 PM IST are processed on the same day.

  • Next Business Day Processing: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.

  • Sunday Orders: Orders received on Sundays are dispatched on Monday on a priority basis.

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Delivery Partner: Shiprocket, which allocates a suitable courier (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, India Post) based on destination serviceability.

  • Unserviceable PIN Codes: If a PIN code is unserviceable, alternative options or cancellation with a full refund will be offered before dispatch.

3. Shipping Partner and Coverage

  • Standard Delivery:

    • 3–7 business days for most metro and Tier-1 cities after dispatch.

    • 5–10 business days for Tier-2/remote PIN codes.

  • Expedited Delivery (where available): 2–4 business days after dispatch; charges are shown at checkout.

  • Exclusions: Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or festival peaks.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Delivery: Applicable on orders with a cart value of ₹499 and above after applying discounts and before taxes.

  • Flat Delivery Fee: A flat delivery fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.

  • COD Surcharge: Any Cash on Delivery (COD) surcharge, if offered, will be shown at checkout.

      This Delivery Fees is subject to change from time to time.

5. Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking Information: After dispatch, an email/SMS with the tracking number and tracking link will be sent; shipment status can be monitored until delivery.

  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • Undelivered Parcels: Undelivered parcels may return to the origin. Re-shipping can be arranged after address confirmation and payment of any re-shipping charges.

6. Packaging and Freshness

  • Packaging: Teas are sealed in moisture-barrier, food-grade packs; fragile items use protective cushioning to minimize transit damage.

  • Transit Conditions: Temperature/humidity changes during transit are normal and do not affect sealed packs.

  • Quality Concerns: For quality concerns, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

  • Required Information: Provide accurate recipient name, full address with landmark, and active phone number.

  • Liability: sukoontea.co.in is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Returned Shipments: If a shipment returns due to an incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal, re-shipping costs may apply or refunds will follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy (less two-way shipping if applicable).

8. Delays and Exceptions

  • Potential Delays: Dispatch or transit delays may occur during festivals, sale periods, force-majeure events, or courier disruptions.

  • Revised ETAs: Revised Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) will be communicated where possible.

  • Remote Area Deliveries: May require additional days or pickup from the nearest courier hub by arrangement.

9. Order Status Help

  • Grievance Resolution: A grievance contact will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, in line with consumer-protection expectations.
